Pilates. But with a plot twist.

The Elevated Soul Method

A modern reformer Pilates method built around slow, deliberate movement and intelligent resistance. Rather than rushing through exercises, we emphasize time under tension, breath-led transitions, and staying present in each movement — allowing you to build strength that feels sustainable, supportive, and deeply connected to your body.

Our Classes

  • A full-body, slow-paced 45-minute reformer class focused on intentional strength and controlled movement. Thoughtful sequencing and sustained holds allow you to stay in the movement longer, building deep, lasting strength while staying connected to your breath.

  • A full-body, slow-paced 35-minute reformer class designed for a focused midday reset. This intentional flow allows you to move efficiently without rushing, making it the perfect lunch-time class to build strength, clear your mind, and return to your day feeling grounded and energized.

  • A beginner-friendly, full-body class designed to introduce the Elevated Soul Method. This class focuses on alignment, control, and understanding the reformer, helping you build confidence and strength at a supportive pace.

  • A gentle, full-body reformer class created for pregnancy, postpartum, and clients easing back into movement. With slower pacing and supportive sequencing, this class emphasizes breath, stability, and mindful strength while honoring your body’s needs.
